THE PROJECT ITSELF:

Project
Overview

Presto’s CEO needed a compelling investor pitch deck to present the company to venture capital firms. I collaborated closely with the CEO to shape the narrative, research the investment landscape, and design the full presentation.
The deck was later presented at Web Summit, where I had the opportunity to pitch it directly to potential investors, which was exciting and nerve-wracking at the same time.

Goal

Design a strategic, investor-focused pitch deck that clearly communicates Presto’s market opportunity, scalability, and competitive advantage to support fundraising efforts.

I hadnt planned well for the event; it was my first time attending such a large conference as a Web Summit, and I didnt really know what to expect. Despite this, it was great to interact with individuals from various backgrounds and countries.

THE PROJECT ITSELF:

Research

Process

Conducted investment landscape, competitor, and market research to align Presto’s pitch with investor expectations and highlight its competitive advantage.

THE PROJECT SCHEMATICALLY:

Outcome

Through strategic research, competitive analysis, and narrative refinement, the final pitch deck clearly communicates Presto’s market opportunity, scalability, and regional advantage. The presentation delivers a confident, investor-focused story aligned with venture capital expectations.

Impact:

Elevated Presto’s investor positioning and supported meaningful conversations at Web Summit.

What I learned:

Understanding the kinds of investors and how they evaluate startups fundamentally changes how you design. Clear storytelling, strong metrics, and confident positioning are just as important as visual design in fundraising.
